Self-Balance Workshop

This 2 day workshop will enlighten you with amazing, little known knowledge of the human body, such as the energetic maps of the body; as well as incredible tools that move your body's energies gently, lifting stresses and stuck emotions and bringing back electricity, blood and lymphatic fluid flow to the brain, nervous system and all organs and muscles of the body.

 

By the end of the 2 days you will have learned how the body operates

as a whole unit not only anatomically but also energetically,

and you will be able to:

​

  • Consult with your own body and ask that the issue is that is blocking something in your life.

  • Identify and release emotions easily, gently and with dignity.

  • Run your own invisible energy pathways of the body, clearing pain and re-energizing the body.

  • Use points to give yourself an internal shower.

  • Release stresses that are stuck and bring on relaxation, and gain relief from emotional distresses stuck in the body and allow feelings of happiness to flow again.

  • You will be able to  clear the energy flowing down legs and feet and walk properly, comfortably again.

  • You will be able to clear the energy flowing into the ears and hear and comprehend more clearly, relieve stress in the brain and eyes, and see more clearly and with ease again.

  • You will learn movements that help you integrate changes easily, to have better function and more energy.

  • You will then be able to put all these tools together  and craft yourself a high energy balance to keep you in top form each and every day!

  • You will also be able to set your own goals, and using the tools from this workshop; find the issues holding you back, and clear them easily at home; to keep moving forward joyfully in life!

 

This course is all you need for easy body-mind maintenance

for the rest of your life!

This workshop is also the first Unit in the Professional Kinesiology Practitioner Course (also known as Basic Kinesiology Practice or BKP), and many who have experienced the amazing tools and changes of this workshop have chosen to continue to study the rest of this amazing knowledge by enrolling in the 12 month course, which some use for professional use, and others use for themselves, or simply to help keep their family and friends balanced and well.

Slightly different to other colleges, we offer our workshops on Thursdays & Fridays to allow the student to take in and process their learning,  practice and have the opportunity to complete their workbooks over the weekend immediately following each unit.

 

We have found this results in more work completed in time, less stress, better learning, more confidence and more success in their own future clinic.

Teaching Methods & 
Course Delivery

All of A.P.K.A. courses are taught following the principles of Super-Learning

which consists of verbal explanation of the information, followed by a visual demonstration, and then followed by physical practice of the technique by the participants during the workshop, to cement the new learning into the mind and body of the learner.
