Release & Renew Retreats
Dear Prospective or Previous Participant,

I craft these Retreats with great thought, care and skill for the Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual Stress release & Evolution of each Participant; knowing that each person who completes a Retreat will go out into the world as a lighter and happier person with lighter and brighter energy, with the tools to eliminate her or his own stresses; and then cause a flow-on effect to all those around them.
Knowing the effects of these Retreats, I am 100% committed to running each Retreat advertised. I do not, and have never, cancelled a talk, workshop or event unless there has been Act of God - and let's face it, She knows best!
It is then my hope that each woman who books in to attend a Retreat for herself, commits also to her own self-care, personal growth and evolution and does her utmost to ensure she attends her Retreat for her own benefit over the following 12 months.

Changes & Cancellations Policy
My Retreats are limited to a small number of attendees in order to allow for a more personal, focused and intimate experience; and the following policy is in place to safeguard the continued running of the business and ensure retreat services can continue to be provided for those who have booked them, even if participants who have previously booked need or want to cancel their booking. I know life happens, and if you need to change or cancel your booking the following policies apply. For the reasons explained here, no exceptions to the following policies will be made.
Deposits
All deposits are non refundable.
Outstanding Balances
Outstanding balances are due 60 days before the retreat start date.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
Please Note: Many Retreats offer 0% cancellation or refund.
• No refund or credit is offered for arriving late or departing early
.
• If you do have to cancel but you find another person to attend in your place (latest by minimum of 60 days before the retreat commences.), and if after consultation with the organizer, the new attendee is deemed to have the suitable awareness to attend the retreat and the empowerment and personal-growth sessions provided, then you will receive a 100% refund at the time the replacement participant pays their fee to the organizer.
• If you do have to cancel without a replacement person in your place; depending on when you cancel in relation to your retreat start date, the following refund policy applies.
• 6 months+ before retreat – 100% refund minus deposit/payment of $500.
• 3 - 6 months before retreat – 50% refund or minimum $1000 cost-covering and marketing for new participant fee applies.
• Within 3 months of retreat start date – 0% refund.
*Please also note that all refunds will incur a 2.9% merchant fee deducted from the total.
Events Outside of the Organizer's Control
If the organizer were to be be unable to fulfill its promise to the participant, due to forces outside of their control such as last minute Government mandated lock-downs or border closures, or an Act of God, we would offer to postpone your retreat to a new booking date but do not offer a refund.
If the participant would be unable to attend due to an Act of God or a last minute Government mandated lock-downs or border closures that prevent a participant from attending their retreat which is still going ahead, as explained above, in order to safeguard the continued running of the business and ensure retreat services can continue to be provided for those who have booked them, to allow the business to meet its financial obligation of covering costs, 100% of the fee remains payable, and 50% of the fee can be credited towards the next retreat date (within 12 months).
Credits
A portion of your payment may be used as credit and put towards a future retreat; however please note, this must be used within 12 months of your original retreat date, or your credit will expire.
• If you cancel 6 months+ before your retreat start date,
100% of your paid balance minus the standard deposit of $500 and $150 admin fee may be applied to another Retreat.
• If you cancel between 3 and 6 months before your retreat start date, 50% of your paid balance minus the standard deposit of $500 and $150 admin fee may be applied to another Retreat.
You will forfeit 50% of the price of your retreat.
• If you cancel within 3 months of your retreat start date,
you will forfeit your entire payment and no credit applies to any future retreats.
